Why Bharatvanshi Janta Party?

  1. BHARATVANSHI JANTA PARTY is promoted as a non-political party for a specific definite purpose of safety, security, social, economic and political welfare of the Agravanshi Community.

  2. We are aborigines of India. We are descendents of Mahan Vishnu and Maharaja Arisen, who ruled during Mahabharata War. Mahalaxmi is Kuldevi of Agarwal Community. Agarwal community ruled India for long time till Emperor Harshvardhan. After Bharvatvanshi Kingdoms’ Rule came to end and outsiders started attacking Bharatvarsha, Agarvanshi community became soft target of social and economic exploitation. We were targeted by Aryans and non-aryans. We are peace loving people, vegetarian, followers of Sanatan Dharam, Jain Dharam and Budhist philosophy of life, spread in whole India for doing business and commerce. We are presently in minority in all States of India. Our representation in Legislative bodies of India is negligible. Since we are peace loving citizens and people think of us as ‘cowards/darpok kisam ke log’. We have less children and try to make them best citizens of India but we are target of discrimination by both Shasan and Prashashan.

  3. We (Decendents of Ikshvaku clan, Bharatvanshi and Agarvanshi Agarwal, jains, Gupta, bania, mahajan, vaish and all others adding gotras and other surnames with their names people) feel that if the present system of organized atrocities, harassment, social indignities inflicted on Bharatvanshi & Agarvanshi communities, murders, kidnapping for extortion, dacoit, robberies committed in broad day light, snatching of money & jeweler from shops, offices, houses, legally and illegally forcible occupation of our property, religious temples and educational institutions built by us continues, no augural community men or women will be left in India in coming 1000 years. After about 100 years even the present generation who have seen all such happenings and heard stories from their forefathers will vanish and there will be nobody to tell the truth.

  4. Indian Constitution in is discriminatory in nature. 50% of Govt. jobs are constitutionally reserved. Remaining 50% of jobs can also be occupied by such people for whom 50% are already reserved. In a way 100% posts in Govt. can be occupied by those eligible for reserved posts. General public think that 50% Govt. jobs are for general category candidates. 50% posts which are un-reserved are not reserved for general category candidates.

  5. Indians, who are eligible for quota in jobs, are not really educationally and socially backward. There are crores of other Indian citizens who are more socially & educationally backward, landless and oppressed than them. All our Community people are not rich. All other castes and communities are not poor.

  6. We are not eligible for benefits like other people in matters of loans, jobs, safety and security against atrocities and samajik utpeedan etc. No strict and immediate action is taken against elements who are committing crimes against Agravanshi aborigines community of India. It is an open fact FIR is not filed in all cases. FIR filing people are harassed like anything by one and all. Cases are closed without solving the cases. There is no law to stop such a practice. We are made to pay several times more fees and donations in educational institutions.

  7. Some representatives of people openly plead for benefits for their own castes and communities. Nobody has ever raised our grievances at public forum. Is it a crime to raise voice of atrocities of our community? Matters have been raised with great force regarding killing of one or two persons. Newspapers have printed thousands of pages for few choicest stories. Nobody speaks for us or write stories of injustice done to us. We need few Members of Parliament who can speak for us. We are wealthy and intelligent people but were never happy due to atrocities committed on us. Few of our community people figure in list of rich people but that does not represent the real picture of our community at ground level.

  8. Lakhs of religious, social, educational institutions in the country have been built in India on our land and with full monetary support. But we have been removed from their Governing Bodies and evicted from their premises by force in organized manner. Since all our Educational institutions, temples and other social welfare institutions have been taken over from us, we should be allowed to manage our own educational institutions like minority communities for protection from anti-social elements.
